Because this is an advanced medical device, here is the honest reality of the treatment:
Comfort Levels: This is an intensive procedure. We apply clinical-strength numbing cream for 45 minutes beforehand. You will feel deep warmth and prickling pressure, but we constantly monitor and adjust settings to keep you comfortable.
The Downtime: Expect about 24 hours of social downtime. You will leave the clinic looking flushed, similar to a mild sunburn, with some slight swelling. By the next day, the redness significantly fades, and you can safely apply clean mineral makeup to cover any lingering pinkness.
The Results: While you will feel an immediate initial tightness, true collagen synthesis takes time. The most dramatic lifting and smoothing will peak between 4 and 12 weeks.
The Protocol: For optimal tissue remodeling, clinical guidelines recommend a course of 3 sessions, spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart.

The Downtime: There is zero social downtime. This is a true "lunchtime" procedure. Your face may be slightly flushed for 15 to 30 minutes due to increased blood circulation, but you will leave the clinic with a deeply hydrated, visible glow. You can apply makeup immediately if needed.

Sun Spot & Pigmentation Removal

What to expect
Comfort — Very comfortable, with no numbing cream required. You will feel a warm tingling sensation and hear a light snapping sound as the laser works.
Downtime — Effectively none. This is why the Carbon Peel is known as the "Hollywood Facial" before red-carpet events. Your skin may look slightly flushed for an hour, then you can apply makeup and carry on with your day. Targeted pigmentation work may leave small dark flecks for a few days as the pigment lifts.
Results — Skin feels immediately smoother, pores look visibly tighter, and oil and congestion are noticeably reduced. Pigmentation continues to clear over the following one to two weeks.

Fractional CO2 Laser

Fractional CO2 is the gold standard for genuine skin resurfacing. Where lighter treatments work on the surface, this goes deeper — and delivers change that lighter treatments cannot.
We use the DEKA SmartXide Tetra, a medical-grade CO2 platform. The laser creates thousands of microscopic channels into the skin, leaving healthy tissue in between untouched. Those columns of intact skin drive rapid healing, while your body responds to the treated channels by producing new collagen and elastin over the following weeks and months.
The old surface is replaced. The structure underneath is rebuilt.
What it treats
Deep lines and creping. Acne scarring and pitting. Sun damage and pigmentation. Rough, uneven texture. Loose, tired skin around the eyes. Stretch marks and surgical scars on the body.

What to expect
Comfort — Numbing cream is applied and left to work before we begin. During treatment you will feel warmth and a prickling sensation. Vicky adjusts depth and intensity to your skin, your concern and your tolerance throughout.
Downtime — read this properly. This is the one treatment we offer with genuine recovery. Expect your skin to feel hot and look sunburnt for the first 24 to 48 hours. Days three to five it will feel rough, tight and sandpapery as the old surface sheds. Most people are comfortable in public by day five to seven, though some pinkness can linger a while longer. Plan it around your diary — not the week of a wedding or a holiday.
Aftercare — Strict sun avoidance and daily SPF are non-negotiable while the skin recovers. We send you home with full written aftercare and check in with you during the healing window.
Results — The fresh, smooth surface appears once shedding is complete. The deeper work takes longer: collagen remodelling continues for months after your session, so your skin keeps improving well beyond the point it looks healed.
Protocol — Many concerns respond well to a single session. Deeper scarring and significant sun damage usually need a short course, spaced several weeks apart. Vicky will tell you honestly which category you fall into at your consultation, rather than selling you a course you do not need.
Before you book
CO2 is not right for every skin or every schedule. Certain skin tones carry a higher risk of post-treatment pigmentation and need a modified approach or an alternative treatment. Active breakouts, recent sun exposure, some medications and certain medical histories all affect suitability.

Laser Tattoo Removal
Precise ink removal, session by session
Unwanted ink, faded work, or an old tattoo you have simply outgrown — our laser breaks it down safely, without cutting or scarring the skin.
The laser fires energy at a wavelength that the tattoo ink absorbs but your skin does not. The ink shatters into microscopic fragments, and your immune system clears them away gradually over the weeks that follow. Each session lifts the tattoo further.
Small Area — £40 · Up to 3×3cm. Initials, micro ink, fine line work.
Medium Area — £60 · Up to 6×6cm. Wrist, ankle, shoulder pieces.
Large Area — from £150 · 10×10cm and above. Sleeves, back and chest panels, priced at consultation.
What to expect
Comfort — Short and sharp. Most people describe it as an elastic band flicked against the skin. Sessions are quick — small tattoos take only a few minutes — and we cool the area throughout.
Downtime — The area will be red and slightly raised for a few hours, similar to sunburn. You keep it clean, covered and out of direct sun while it settles over the following week. Normal activity resumes straight away.
Results — Fading is progressive, not instant. Black and dark blue ink responds fastest. Greens, light blues and some yellows are more stubborn and take longer. Older, faded tattoos generally clear more easily than fresh, densely packed work.
Protocol — Sessions are spaced 6 to 8 weeks apart to give your body time to clear the broken-down ink. Most tattoos need multiple sessions, and the exact number depends on ink density, colour, age, placement and your own healing response. We assess all of this at your consultation and give you an honest expectation before you commit.
